T-ara‘s Eunjung recently displayed her beautiful and healthy body in a fitness photo spread for bnt International. Over the past six months, she shed 10 kg through a strict diet and training both through pilates and a personal trainer.

The T-ara member said that if she regarded this training as ordinary weight loss training, she would have described it as rigorous and difficult, but because she approached the training with an appreciation for her body and mind, she saw this experience as rather pleasant and enjoyable.

Eunjung stated that before the training, she often shared her concerns of her body image with her stylist, but after achieving a beautiful posture and body figure through pilates, she is now more satisfied with her looks in the outfits she wears. She said she feels lighter and flexible, and that her body does not feel strained at all from the difficult movements and poses.
Meanwhile, Eunjung is preparing for T-ara’s impending comeback, which will take place in the last week of August.

On the August 15th edition of KBS radio program 'Lee So Ra's Music Plaza', SECRET talked about how they maintain their slim figures.

DJ Lee So Ra said, "Seeing as how SECRET is a girl group, I feel like you would pay special attention to your figure. How do you maintain your figure?"

Sunhwa responded, "When I don't have a schedule, I do aerobic exercises for about an hour and a half on an empty stomach no matter what."

Lee So Ra said, "You're so skinny and have no weight to lose; why do you exercise so diligently?" Sunhwa replied, "If I don't do, I don't think I'd be able to eat all day. That's why when I have the time, I always try to exercise."

Hyosung said, "I exercise like that only if I've gained weight. I only worry about it and exercise then."

Hana added, "I eat what I want as much as I can for one meal and then do not eat any more meals," and Ji Eun revealed, "When I diet, I decrease the number of meals. I'd either skip breakfast and eat a bit for lunch and dinner or skip breakfast and lunch and eat only dinner."

Superstar K2” contestant and artist Park Bo Ram has unveiled how she managed to lose 32 kilograms (70 pounds) while preparing for her debut.
While most idols are hesitant to share their complete diet plan with the public, Park Bo Ram recently uploaded a picture of her diet and workout routine on her SNS. From the meals to the workout breaks, the diet plan confirms that her weight loss has been the outcome of rigorous work.
By following the personalized schedule for around two years, the idol has been able to lose a great amount of weight. When asked about her thoughts on the strict diet, Park Bo Ram said, “It was difficult at first, but after getting used to it, I realized that regular workouts and eating moderately are the gateways to healthy weight loss. Everyone is aware of the know-how. Working out and diet are everything.”
Her diet routine is as follows!
8:00 – 1 tomato, 1 sweet potato (120-150g), 1 chicken breast (100g, both roasting and boiling are fine), salad (cabbage, cucumber, etc. without dressing)
10:00 – workout
12:00 – chicken breast salad, diet drink (with nutrients such as dietary fiber and vitamins)
15:00 – 1 banana, 3 egg whites, 1 egg yolk
18:00 – 1 sweet potato, 1 chicken breast, vegetables
21:00 – 1 banana, 2 egg whites, 1 egg yolk, 3 walnuts

She recently held a photoshoot with the magazine 'Beauty+'. Instead of her usually sexy image, she went for a more elegant and innocent image instead, wearing almost no makeup with a white one-piece dress.

In the interview, she revealed how she kept her figure. She chose dancing diet as the best, and said, "If you follow Girl's Day's 'Female President' choreography, there's a lot of moves where they twist their upper and lower bodies in different directions. It's the best for making abs."

She added, "I exercised for 2 hours every day for 6 months. I maintain my s-line through lifting dumbbells."

On food tips, she said, "When I eat bibimbap, I don't put in the pepper paste or sesame oil. When I eat pasta, I eat oil-based pasta, and when I eat steak, I leave out the pepper or salt and just cook it without any sauces. Instead of eating special things or eating certain things, I take special care in everyday meals. I have smaller plates for breakfast and dinner and eat the regular amount for lunch."
